Title: Chicken Luncheon Sandwich

Yield: 5 Cups

1 2/3cChopped cooked chicken
1 1/8cShredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
9/16cFinely chopped celery
1/4cGreen bell pepper
1 1/8 Green onion, chopped
1 1/8tbChopped pimiento
9/16cMayonnaise
9/16cPlain yogurt
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste
  Rolls or bread
  Lettuce leaves

Combine chicken, cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, pimiento, mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve on rolls with lettuce.

Makes about 5 cups.
